Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services and digital offerings provided by Silverstone Labs, an MH10 Group Pvt. Ltd. venture, including website and web application development, product and app engineering, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps, and mechanical design and CAD work.

Where a signed proposal or service agreement sets out different cancellation or refund terms for a specific engagement, those terms take priority over this policy.

Before project initiation

• Clients may request cancellation before the project has commenced.
• Any advance payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

After project initiation

• Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds, if any, will be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after project initiation;
• Delays caused by lack of client communication or inputs;
• Completion of agreed project milestones;
• Services already delivered or deployed.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Silverstone Labs, based on:

• The stage of the project;
• Work completed;
• Costs incurred.

• Subscription-based or retainer services (for example hosting, maintenance, or support plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
• Clients may cancel future renewals by notifying us in advance.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
