Last updated: 10 April 2026
1. Agreement to our legal terms
Silverstone Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an MH10 Group Pvt. Ltd. venture based in Sangli, Maharashtra, India. We operate the website silverstonelabs.in (the “Site”) and any related products and services that refer or link to these terms (together, the “Services”).
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Silverstone Labs concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or who otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Our services
Silverstone Labs provides website and web application development, product and app engineering, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps, and mechanical design and CAD services. Information on the Site is provided to describe our services and is not an offer capable of acceptance — client engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.
The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would be contrary to law. People who access the Site from elsewhere do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.
Cancellations and refunds for paid engagements are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual property rights
Our intellectual property. We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, designs, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed (the “Marks”). These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Names, logos, and screenshots of client websites shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to illustrate our work.
Your use of our Services. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial, or internal business use. Except as set out here, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
To request permission for any other use, write to info@silverstonelabs.in. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of this section is a material breach of these terms and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.
4. User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these terms;
- you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means such as bots or scripts;
- you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;

6. Submissions
The Services let you send us information — for example, through the “Get a free quote” form (“Submissions”). You keep ownership of what you send, and you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and reply to your Submission for the purpose of handling your enquiry and operating our business.
You are responsible for your Submissions. You confirm that they are not unlawful, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or infringing, that you have the right to share them, and that you will not include confidential information belonging to a third party. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials through the form.
7. Services management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these terms; to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these terms, including reporting them to law enforcement; to refuse, restrict, or disable access to the Services; and to otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate their proper functioning.
8. Privacy policy
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Services you agree to be bound by it, and it forms part of these terms.
9. Term and termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason or no reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant in these terms or of any applicable law.
10. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We have no obligation to update information on the Services. We also cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times — there may be hardware, software, or other problems, or maintenance, that cause interruptions, delays, or errors. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime.
11. Governing law
These terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Dispute resolution
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to these terms through good-faith informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved in that way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
13. Corrections
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
14. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
15. Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages — arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our affiliates, officers, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your Submissions, your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.
17. User data
We maintain certain data that you submit to the Services for the purpose of managing their performance and responding to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Although we take reasonable measures to protect it, you are solely responsible for any data you transmit, and we will have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
18. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
19. Miscellaneous
These terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
